Software for people
who didn't ask for software

Our users are wholesale suppliers and kirana shopkeepers. They are busy, they are sceptical, and they will stop using anything that wastes thirty seconds of a working morning. That's a harder brief than it sounds, and it's a good one.

No open roles at the moment

We're a small team and we hire rarely — when we do, it's because something is genuinely stuck without another pair of hands. Rather than list roles we aren't filling, we'd rather tell you plainly: there's nothing open today.

That said, we read every open application, and we keep the good ones. If what's below sounds like you, write to us — the next opening usually goes to someone who got in touch before it existed.

Write to us anyway
What the work is like

Small team, real users, 4 AM problems

You'll talk to users

Not through a research team. Directly — on the phone, in a mandi, at a shop counter. Most of the best decisions in this app came out of someone saying "that's not how we do it" to a person who could change the code that afternoon.

You'll own things end to end

There is no layer of people between an idea and production. Whoever picks up a problem designs it, builds it, ships it and watches what it does — which is the fun part and also the accountable part.

Correctness is the feature

A wrong total sends someone to a market with the wrong money. We write things down, we leave comments explaining why, and we test the rules that matter. Moving fast is not an excuse here.

The brief

What we look for

Less about a CV than about how you think. These four things come up every time.

  • 01

    You go and look

Before building the delivery schedule, someone had to find out that a wholesaler's availability moves with the market and can't be a recurring rule. You'd have found that out too, by asking.

  • 02

    You subtract

The instinct to add a field, a tab, a setting is easy. Knowing which three features to leave out so the remaining one gets used at 4 AM is the actual skill.

  • 03

    You write it down

Why the cutoff is an offset and not a timestamp. Why consolidation is keyed on the unit too. A decision nobody recorded gets undone by the next person six months later.

  • 04

    You're comfortable in Bharat

Hindi or a regional language, patience on a phone call, and no discomfort standing in a wholesale market at dawn. This product does not get built from a desk alone.

When we do hire

It'll probably be one of these

Nothing below is an open position — it's where the work is, so you know whether an open application is worth your time.

Engineering

Android · Kotlin & Compose

Native Android, Material 3, MVVM with coroutines and Flow. Offline behaviour and low-end-device performance matter more here than animation.

Engineering

Backend · Firebase & Cloud Functions

Firestore data modelling, security rules that hold under pressure, scheduled jobs, and push notifications people don't mute.

Field

Growth & onboarding

Walking into mandis and shops, signing suppliers up, sitting with them through the first delivery day, and bringing back what broke.

Send an open application

One email. Tell us what you'd want to work on and one thing you've built or fixed that you're glad about — a link is worth more than a list of technologies. A CV is welcome but not required.

We reply to everyone, though it can take a week or two. If you've applied before and things have changed for you, write again — we don't mind.
