Supplier2Shop — bulk ordering between shopkeepers and their suppliers

Last updated: 11 August 2026

This page explains how to delete your Supplier2Shop account and the data held against it. It applies to the Supplier2Shop Android app (com.supplier2shop.app) and the backend services behind it.

Option 1 — delete it yourself, from the app

This is immediate and permanent. No email, no waiting.

  1. Open Supplier2Shop (shown as S2S on your home screen) and sign in.
  2. Tap the Account tab in the bar at the bottom of the screen.
  3. Scroll to the Account section and tap Delete Account.
  4. Read the confirmation, tick “I understand this cannot be undone”, and tap Delete permanently.
  5. Your account and its data are removed straight away, and you are signed out.
There is no undo. Once confirmed, the account cannot be restored. Your mobile number is released, so you can register again from scratch — but as a new, empty account.

Option 2 — ask us to delete it for you

Use this if you have lost access to the app or to your registered mobile number.

Tell us the mobile number registered on the account and your business name, so we can be sure we are deleting the right one. We will ask you to confirm ownership before we act. Requests are actioned within 30 days, and usually much sooner.

What gets deleted

DataWhat happens
Your profile — name, email, gender, language, device detailsDeleted immediately
Your business details — business name, category, GST number, address, city, state, PIN code, contact numberDeleted immediately
Your profile photo, and your catalogue item photosDeleted immediately
Your connections to every trading partnerDeleted immediately
Your catalogue items and published delivery dates (suppliers)Deleted immediately
Your activity logDeleted immediately
Your sign-in credential and push notification tokenDeleted immediately — your mobile number is released for a fresh registration

After this, you no longer appear anywhere in the app as a contactable business, and no user can find you, connect to you or order from you.

What is kept, and why

Past orders are not deleted. An order is a shared business record of what two parties agreed on a given day. Your trading partner has the same claim on their copy of it as you have to be forgotten, and erasing it would rewrite their books — a supplier would lose the record of goods they actually delivered.

Your name and contact number stay on those past orders so the other side can still read their own history. Nothing else of yours survives.

Crash reports already sent to Firebase Crashlytics are anonymous diagnostics and are retained by Google on its own schedule, typically 90 days, after which they expire automatically.

Where your data is held

Supplier2Shop runs on Google Firebase, in Google's asia-south1 (Mumbai) region. Deletion removes your records from Cloud Firestore, Cloud Storage and Firebase Authentication. Google's own backups roll off on Google's schedule and are not readable by the app.
