A phone number with a person on the end of it

No ticket queue, no chatbot. If something's wrong on a delivery morning, call — that's what the number is for. Written questions get answered within a working day.

Getting an activation code

Registering as a supplier needs an 8-character code from us. Shopkeepers don't need one — they sign up straight away.

Suppliers publish catalogues and delivery dates that other businesses order against, so that side stays accountable to a real person we've actually spoken to. It's one phone call, once.

The OTP didn't arrive

Give it a minute — the app listens for the SMS and fills it in on its own. "Resend OTP" becomes tappable after 45 seconds. If it still doesn't come: check the number you typed, check you have signal, and make sure SMS isn't blocked for unknown senders. If two resends fail, call us and we'll look at it from our side.

How do I get a supplier activation code?

Call or WhatsApp +91 98051 98061, or email sumitsharma8897@gmail.com with your name, company name and the mobile number you'll register with. Shopkeepers don't need a code at all.

Can I switch my account from shopkeeper to supplier?

No. One mobile number is one account, and one account is one role — permanently. It's enforced on the server, so not even we can re-point a number. If you genuinely trade on both sides, register the second role on a different mobile number.

Why are there no prices anywhere?

Because we deliberately didn't build them. There's no price field on an item and none on an order line. Pricing in this trade is negotiated between two people who have dealt with each other for years, and an app isn't going to improve on that. Supplier2Shop records what and how much, and stays out of the rest — where a figure would go, the ordering screen reads "Negotiable Price".

Why can't I edit my order any more?

Two gates, and both have to hold: the delivery date must still be accepting orders, and the supplier must not have picked your order up yet. Once either goes, your quantities are what the supplier is planning the morning's buying around — changing them then would send them to the market with the wrong numbers.

My supplier has no delivery dates to pick

They haven't published any yet, or every date they published has closed. Their schedule is theirs to set — give them a ring. The app shows their calling number on the supplier's details, one tap away.

What does "Auto-delivered" mean on my order?

It means a nightly job closed the order because its delivery date had passed, rather than the supplier marking it delivered. Nobody confirmed those goods arrived, so the app doesn't say "Delivered" — it says what actually happened. If the goods didn't arrive, that's a conversation with your supplier.

I'm a supplier and shops aren't ordering for a day

Open Future Orders and look at the coverage bar for that date — it lists exactly which connected shopkeepers haven't ordered. You can nudge each one with a tap; the same shop can be nudged once every 30 minutes, and the countdown shows on the button. A nightly sweep also reminds them automatically.

Can I send a delivery day out early?

Yes — up to one day ahead, from Future Orders. Use it when tonight's loading is for tomorrow's round. Every shopkeeper on that day is notified at once, and the day stays on your active list until the round is finished.

Is the app available in Hindi?

Not yet. Hindi is listed in the language picker and is deliberately not selectable — there's no translation behind it, and switching it would change a setting without changing a single word on screen. It's coming, and we'd rather show you it's planned than hide it.

What does it cost?

Nothing. No subscription, no per-order fee, and no commission on anything you trade — we never see a price, so there'd be nothing to take a cut of.

Where is my data stored, and how do I delete it?

On Google Cloud in the asia-south1 (Mumbai) region. What we collect and how long we keep it is set out in the privacy policy. To close your account, open the app, go to the Account tab and choose Delete Account — full steps are on the account deletion page.
